Silvia and Erik don´t live in Galicia. She, Galician, and he, from Holland were really looking forward to celebrating their wedding in Galicia. So, they chose the splendid Rectoral de Cobres (Pontevedra) for their big day, and thanks to them we got in contact, because they needed an officiant for their wedding. Family and friends were expected to take part in the ceremony, so we had to prepare a bilingual ceremony.

From the first emails and our first meeting I  realized they are a couple who radiates serenity and sweetness. Silvia has a heart of gold and Felix is an extremely polite young man who is deeply in love with her. They always smile and treat each other with affection. I knew from the very beginning that the ceremony would be so touching and simple because all that they contributed to the wedding on their own.

That day they were both not only radiant but with a mixed feeling of emotion, shyness and enormous smiles on their faces. Their close relatives took part in the readings in different languages (Deutch included) and their  heartfelt emotion was more than evident.

When officiating a ceremony like  Silvia and Erik´s, our aim is not to be noticed, because there are the feelings from this moment which make it beautiful and memorable. Silvia and Erik were the protagonists of their wedding because of their skin deep affection and love which was always present.
